Is Tiffanys HACCP approved?

 

Yes, Tiffanys operates under a comprehensive HACCP food safety program endorsed by Global Certification and prides itself on maintaining the highest possible standard in cleanliness, quality and consistency, to obtain a copy of our current certification please phone our friendly office staff.

Do you have a minimum amount for delivery?

 

Yes, our minimum amount is $75 excluding gst for free delivery in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Tweed Heads and Toowoomba any order that does not meet this minimum will incur a $10 delivery charge.

Do you deliver to other areas?

 

Yes, but by arrangement only

What are your payment methods?

 

We accept cash, direct deposit and cheques for all customers, although first payments for new customers without a credit account must be made by cash. Please when paying by direct deposit use the invoice number you are paying as the reference number as this will allow us to properly allocate the correct money to your account.

How can I place my order and is there a cut off time?

 

Order cut off times are 2:30pm the day before your scheduled delivery day. Orders can be placed by phone by calling (07) 3353 0011, by fax (07) 3353 4166 or by email admin@bfmgroup.com.au . If you require a current order sheet please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly office staff.

Can Tiffanys products be frozen?

 

Yes, most products can be frozen. (Check with our office staff to see which ones) We realize that some establishments must freeze to extend shelf  life and avoid wastage. For those customers who do freeze our products please take note of the following; Products when being thawed, must not be left out on a bench, all products must be thawed in a fridge until completely thawed in the centre. No guarantee will be given on products that have been frozen or are 5 days past their batch code.
